You do need a few things to get started with P90X3: P90X3 is for anyone! Every P90X3 workout includes modifications to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. It also includes the targeted nutrition plan to bring you maximum results. The workouts are 30 minutes each, with one workout completed 7 days a week for 90 days (with one day each week for rest or stretching).
